Since 2013 Kenny Sabet and his attorneys, Alan M. Horwitz and Lin M. Meyer, have been zealously advocating and fighting the malicious intent, which by ripple effect caused extensive damage. The damages were caused by the false claims made by Defendants, who are all previous employees of United Valet Parking Inc.

The Defendant's, attorneys, George A. Shohet, and Sasan J. Masserat, brought a claim without probable cause and candor to the Court. There were no facts upon which to honestly, reasonably and in good faith believe the allegations made by Defendants to be true, therefore Kenny Sabet has taken steps to claim damages for malicious prosecution amongst other valid remedies.

As the allegations were false and without a tenable legal basis, attorneys on behalf of Kenny Sabet filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, for good cause, and it was granted by the Court on August 4, 2015. There were clearly no facts to support Kenny Sabet had any interaction, let alone stolen or received any "stolen" tip monies, nor did he personally do any of the wrong doings that have been falsely alleged against him. The Defendants were only trying to extort monies by instilling fear and tarnishing Kenny Sabet's reputation.

Not only did the Defendants and their attorneys Mr. Shohet and Mr. Masserat equally attempt to profit from their wrongful acts but the Defendants had the motive and intent to subject him to public ridicule and emotional distress and maliciously publicized the false allegations knowing the allegations were of such a serious nature that they would inevitably damage Kenny Sabet's personal and professional image and reputation.
